Free, Cheap, or a Money maker at Walgreens

Here are some deals I found around the blog world if you want to go try your luck at Walgreens. These deals will either end up being free, give you some overage so you can buy some extras or be really really cheap.

Vicks Vaporizers

First there’s a very good deal on Vicks Vaporizers. These are part of the monthly register rewards promotion: Buy $20 in Vicks products and earned a $10 register rewards back. Here’s the deal:

That’s like paying $1 each after coupons and register rewards.

Plus my friend Marcia left a comment sharing that she found Planters nuts containers on clearance at Walgreens for $1.75 each. Pay only 25 cents each if you are lucky to find this clearance sale as well.

To avoid beeps at the register hand your manufacturer coupon first and then the in-ad coupon. Make sure to add something else to your order to absorb the 6 cents in overage.

Sudafed OM Nasal Mist

Walgreens has a register rewards promotion on certain Cold and Allergy products: Buy two participating products $4.99 each and get a $5 RR back.
The participating products are:Sudafed: 18 to 24 ct. PE, Nasal Mist, .5 oz. or Liquid, 4 oz.Benadryl: 18 to 24 ct., 10 pack or Liquid, 4 oz.Tylenol: 20 or 24 ct. or Liquid, 4 or 8 oz.

Here’s how to get the Sudafed OM Nasal Mist better than free:
Buy two Sudafed OM Mist 0.5 fl oz $4.99
Use two $4/1 Sudafed OM, any 0.5 fl oz from 03-14-10 RP (this value may be regional, other areas got $2/1)

Alli over at Couponing for Four said that when she took advantage of the Sudafed Mist moneymaker deal I shared with you earlier a coupon for a free box of 18-20 ct Tampax Pearl or Compak Pearl tampons up to $5 printed at checkout. This one may be random.
