Albertson's Twice the Value coupons coming SUNDAY!

Rumor is Albertson's will have their Twice the Value coupons in this Sundays paper. These coupons are not part of the store ad. They are on a single glossy sheet, with highlights of this weeks sale items. You get 3 coupons per sheet, and can only use 3 per transaction. Occasionally the cashier will let you do more than 1 transaction at a time. If not go put your groceries in the car and go back in to do it again. Also these coupons MIGHT be available at the customer service counter. I say might because last time they had doubles the lady said they handed them all out in the grocery bags the Thursday before. Oh and these coupons are only good for 3 days. They expire Tuesday night!

Fistful of Coupons has done a great job rounding up all of the freebies, and really cheap items you can buy. She also has a money making deal when you buy Kikkoman that you really should check out.

Here are just a few of my favorites:

Prego Pasta Sauce .99 each (limit 2)
-use $1/2 printable coupon + doubler
= 2 for FREE!!

Avocados $1
-use $1/2 printable coupon (for California avocados) zipcode 99301
= FREE!

Snyders of Hanover Pretzels $2.00
-use $1/1 from 5/23 SS and 6/27 SS + doubler
= FREE!

I'm buying these pretzels because I want to make these Easy Pretzel Turtles. YUM!

Free lunch Sack from Annie's Homegrown

Annie's Homegrown is offering a free lunch sack when you purchase 2 of their products. There's not even anything to mail in! You just click the link, put your info in, and enter the upc's right there on the form.

Their site says:

" Believe it or not, children's lunches create more than 3.5 billion pounds of garbage each year, which amounts to an astounding 18.760 pounds of trash annually from an average sized elementary school. Using the Annie's-Kids Konserve lunch sack is a simple and smart way to help with the problem."

It also says on the form that "Only product purchased between 7/15/2010 and 10/31/2010 is eligible", which means my jumbo case of mac and cheese from Costco is not going to work. Guess I'll have to go shopping :) The boys love the fruit snacks so that won't be hard to do.

Thanks Frugal Living NW

If any of my posts sound good to you, and you would like to share them, I added the nifty little share buttons at the end of the post.

Disney backpack shipped for $15.00

If you still need a backpack for your little one, the Disney store has their character backpacks on sale for $15.00. PLUS, you can get free shipping on back to school items using the code SCHOOLSHIP. Lincoln is starting preschool this year (tears) and I can't decide between the Toy Story one or the Lightning McQueen.

I saw some clearance diapers at Rite Aid today. Might want to grab your $5/$25 and your diaper coupons and check it out if you are going there anyway. My Rite aid had huggies, pampers, luvs, and underjams. Don't forget the Ace In-ad coupon. I have been getting the sports tape for $3.99 but the ice packs in the travel section are supposedly working too making good overage!

Guest Post by BFF, Misti with an I

What did you do today???

I don't know about you but I have a feeling my husband comes home from work every night thinks, "what did she do all day?" Well let's start posting what we do! (just in case he ever gets the nerve to ask :)

I'll go first,

Today was payday so it was errand day.

Went to Rite Aid
Went to the Bank
Went to Albertsons for a couple of sale items
Went to Ralphs for a few sale items

Really? that's all I did? We were gone almost 3 hours!!! Oh well, now I will do 1 load of laundry and start my ribs for dinner. It's my first time making them!!

A review by my BFF

Here's a review my BFF did of Neutrogena UltraSheer® Liquid Daily Sunblock. She was able to use it under her make up, wear it all day without having to reapply, and use it on her little ones. Sounds like the perfect product to me! You can read her review here and there's a link to a coupon at the end.
