Ikea has a few promotions out right now and one of them is Kids Eat Free now through August 15th. And the best part is there is NO adult purchase required.
IKEA is always an all day adventure for me, and sometimes I can still walk away with nothing because I am so overwhelmed.
Some other activities are:
face painting the last 3 Saturdays of August from 12-4pm
Smaland activity nights every Wednesday from 6-8pm, these are free for potty trained children 37-54" tall.
There is also FREE Wi-FI available in the restaurant and the kitchen area of the store.
